Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All claims and disputes must be litigated individually, and not consolidated with any other individual’s or entity’s claims. If a court determines that this waiver is unenforceable or invalid, then the dispute must be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction, and not as part of a class or representative action.
SECTION 4 – BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, your use of the website, or any products or services purchased from Myzane®shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another recognized arbitration organization mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration shall take place in a location mutually agreed upon or, if no agreement is reached, in a location determined by the arbitrator. The arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and shall be conducted in the English language.
By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs and attorney’s fees, except as otherwise required by applicable law. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and any court with jurisdiction may enforce the award.
If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any part of this arbitration clause is unenforceable, the remainder shall still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges).
